DEBBIE SCHECHTER has been with the Journal News since 2005. She’s been in and around the game of softball for almost 20 years. She’s been the softball writer for the Journal News for the last five years. She’s also the swimming and gymnastics writer.
PHIL TERRIGNO joined The Journal News in May 2012 and has covered high school sports, area colleges and produced enterprise stories. A 2012 Marist College graduate, he served as the Editor-In-Chief of it’s student newspaper and captain of it’s nationally ranked rugby club.
