Mahopac 7, Lourdes 6, 9: At Mahopac Falls field, Bianca Trio drove in the game winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning on her second hit of the game for the Indians. Winning pitcher Lexi Valvano went 3 for 5 and drove in a run for the Indians. Dariana Wagman went 2 for 5 with a double and an RBI.
Yorktown 6, Arlington 1: At Yorktown, Nicole Wilson struck out nine and didn’t allow a run in the ‘Huskers’ season opener. She also had two hits and an RBI. Leanne Farmer had two hits and two RBI.
