Congratulations to Albertus Magnus who successfully defended their Class B title winning 6-1.
Maura Power pitches her second no-hitter of the post-season allowing a run, four walks and eight strike outs.
Erin Flaherty had a tremendous game going 3 for 3 with a double, a walk, an RBI single in the fourth, and a two-run home run in the bottom of the first to give the top-seeded Falcons a 2-1 lead.
Molly Meehan had a big day as well going 1 for 3 with an RBI and scored a run.
Alyssa Degrande scored the lone run for the third-seeded Gaels in the first inning.
Albertus Magnus will face Pine Plains at 5:30 p.m. Monday at North Rockland in the first round of regionals.
In AA news: Yorktown will play FDR on Monday at 3 p.m. FDR defeated Kingston 4-2.
