October

I was checking the blog and we received a post from former North Rockland standout first baseman Allison Kopf, who is a freshman playing for Santa Clara.

Not only was Kopf the 2007 Rockland Journal News all-star first baseman, she was also a Rockland Journal News scholar-athlete of the week.

Here is Allison’s post:

So, Section 1, specifically Rockland County, has two outstanding players on the West Coast, Kopf and 2007 Rockland Journal News softball player of the year Julie Pacino, who is playing at UCLA.

Allison and Julie, we will be checking up on you both and all the best to both of you.
